Ventricina Salami

Selected meats are cut “with a knife tip”; then you add bacon and tanning consisting of salt, pepper, paprika and chilli. The ripening is long and slow. It has an artisanal appearance, large in size. Nice bright orange red colour, cohesive slice, uniform texture. The scent is complex, spicy, captivating. The taste, intere- sting texture, the sweet-spicy taste with spicy notes.
