Only the best thighs from selected pigs in our territory give rise to Veneto PDO ham. In full compliance with the rules laid down in the PDO regulations and only after careful processing and a long maturation (up to 24 months), our product of excellence is realised. During all stages of production, qualified inspectors carry out rigorous checks, in order to give a guarantee to the final consumers on the authenticity of the product, in full compliance with the regulations provided for by the PDO. A delicacy that uses very little salt in its processing, to offer the consumer a sweet taste, a healthy product without chemical additives, highly digestible suitable for all palates even the most demanding and refined.
