Sopressa with Fillet
This type of sopressa was born with the idea of offering the customer a product of absolute excellence and unique taste, strong and traditional. It is obtained from the dough of the typical Venetian sopressa in which it is added a whole fillet that is subjected to a suitable process of brine before being bagged.
