Made of national pork, it has a compact slice to the cut and fine grain, with the fat and lean parts distributed very evenly. It is one of the few national salami that does not provide for the addition of pepper in wheat, a peculiar feature that has allowed a greater distribution even to a slice of the market with a more delicate palate. For this reason, it adapts to the preparation of large quantities of sandwiches, great for your children’s snacks! Milk derivatives or gluten sour- ces are not used to maintain their full genuineness.
