Fratelli Guerriero has placed at the centre of its work the desire to pass on the flavours that have made Italian cured meats famous throughout the world.

A family tradition that has been able to renew itself over time, jealously preserving the ‘old-fashioned’ approach to work. An approach made above all of attention: from the raw material to its processing, from the farmer to the customer.

A way of working that is aware, even of its own criticalities, that wants to bring the products closer to the territory by investing in it, in animal welfare, in the time needed to take care of the details without compromising on quality.

And Mortadella is no exception; on the contrary, it encapsulates the synthesis of the entrepreneurial vision: the careful selection of animals bred exclusively in the area on farms that are concretely committed to guaranteeing the welfare of the animals by subjecting them to a correct diet; the ownership of both the slaughterhouse and the delicatessen that allows the use of fresh meat only a few days after slaughtering in full respect of the Veneto tradition; the slow approach, even when cooking, that allows the flavours to develop to the fullest; the time for the right resting period that makes them homogenous and stabilises the consistency after hand tying.

This is what contributes to the creation of a mortadella with a transversal taste conferred by the balance of aromas, extremely digestible thanks to the selection of fine cuts and few preservatives.

The ‘old-fashioned’ approach, based above all on care and respect, is today enhanced by technologically advanced equipment.

The quality of the raw material, obtained from the selection of the best cuts, cannot disregard the welfare of the pigs bred in our territory following ancient traditions.

The mixture is enriched by a skilful balance of spices and aromas, which gives Mortadella an unmistakable flavour and an unexpected lightness. Cooking, hand tying and seasoning follow a slow approach, the only one capable of enhancing the quality of the ingredients.
