Cooked Piglet

Produced with the intense scent typical of porchetta, it has a cylindrical shape and, internally when cut, the slice is flesh brown in colour. From manually boned domestic pork, salt, pepper and a natural spice are added. It is slowly cooked for 10 – 12 hours in a steam oven.
