Cotechino
The cotechino is produced from a long standing and strengthened recipe, which gives to the product a unique taste, really appreciated by our customers. It’s used the rind, the throat, the muscles and some more low-fat meat. In the end salt, pepper and spices are added in balanced proportion to obtain a right flavour equilibrium.
