Amico Salami is produced by pigs born and raised in Italy and slaughtered at our stable with its balanced and enveloping flavour can be distinguished by its lean and lightness. It is also available with garlic. It combines a high nutritional value with a high digestibility due to the transformation it undergoes during the slow maturing process that makes them attractive and tasty but at the same time easy to assimilate.
