RELIABLE SUPPLY CHAIN

Raw material is of primary importance for our company. All the livestock farms that started serving the company had to respect some simple rules about the nutrition, that had to be standardized in order to always obtain the same high-quality meat and obviously high-quality cold cuts. Animal’s health has always been a fundamental issue for us, since we believe that only giving them a pleasant and healthy life we will be able to obtain the highest quality. Meat traceability is assured at 100% also thanks to the advanced management system that we use to monitor all the manufactures and transfers.

LOVE FOR THE ANIMALS

We have always given a great relevance to animal’s health. Despite being raised up and then butchered our employed pay lots of attention to their wealth. During the loading, transport, downloading, housing and butchering the animals are treated with the highest respect.

The most of attention are given to put at ease the pigs. They are placed in different boxes with a low density to let them relax as faster as possible. They are never mixed to avoid them to bite themselves, they are made to walk and to rest in the straw and they always have fresh water to quench their thirst. It is absolutely forbidden to use violence on animals.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY

From the viewpoint of a complete use of the pork, to avoid wastefulness, in 2015 the company has started a collaboration with a biogas installation of new conception, sending there all the matrix that would be otherwise discarded. Moreover, a part of wastewater, that before were purified using energy, are now used to produce it.

PARNERSHIP WITH UNIVERSITARY RESEARCH

It’s long time that our company collaborate with the University of Padova, both with Medicine (cardiology and ophthalmology) and veterinary medicine to sustain a continuous progress in the research and development.
