Sopressa Veneta con Filetto

This type of sopressa was born with the idea of offering the customer a product of absolute excellence with a unique, strong and traditional taste. It is obtained from the mixture of the typical Venetian sopressa in which a whole fillet is added which, before being sautéed, is subject to a suitable process of brine in order to obtain a proper balance between salt and spices.
