Sopressa Veneta con Filetto

This kind of product is born with the aim of offering to our customers an excellent product, of unique, strong and traditional taste. It comes from the typical sopressa veneta dough to which it is added a whole filetto that, before being stuffed, it is submitted to an appropriate salting process in order to obtain the right balance of salt and spices. Milk derivatives and gluten sources are not used to maintain a great genuineness.
