Salame Ungherese

The salame unghere, typical, aged, delicate and slightly smoked, presents a compact slice, with uniform and thin grain. It is made of national pork meat, salt, pepper and a small quantity of spices and natural aromas, to enhance the flavour without alter the taste and the healthiness. Milk derivatives and gluten sources are not used to maintain a great genuineness.
