Salame Piccante

The spicy salame stood out thanks to its orange colour, due to the presence of the paprika in the dough. It is made of national pork meat, salt, pepper and a small quantity of spices and natural aromas, to enhance the flavour without alter the taste and the healthiness. It is suitable for tasty sauces but mostly on pizza. Milk derivatives and gluten sources are not used to maintain a great genuineness.
