The supply of fresh meat has always been a priority for our company. The attention on the choice of pigs and farmers is one of the key factors for out success.

The homogeneity of our pigs, possible thanks to the genetics and to the similar diet, allows regularity and constancy to the final product.  Due to the proximity of the livestock the transportation is reduced and therefore the animals’ stress. Moreover this fact gives us the possibility to check their state and weight periodically.

We butcher heavier pigs than the national average, since we are sure that heavier they are, higher the quality of the final product we get.
