Filone Stagionato

Aged filone shows a compact slice, with low-fat spicy meat, with a typical, aged, strong and not too salty flavour. It’s made of lumbar muscle of national porks, with the addition of salt, pepper and natural aromas. ­­Milk derivatives and gluten sources are not used to maintain a great genuineness.
