Filone Stagionato
Aged filone shows a compact slice, with low-fat spicy meat, with a typical, aged, strong and not too salty flavour. It’s made of lumbar muscle of national porks, with the addition of salt, pepper and natural aromas. Milk derivatives and gluten sources are not used to maintain a great genuineness.
