Culatta Stagionata affumicata

From the thigh of the national pigs is obtained a characteristic cut, that give birth to a product of sweet and pleasant flavour. Thank to its dimension, smaller than the Prosciutto Crudo, it reaches an aging level higher in a shorter time and, with the addition of some spices, it become a unique product with a delicious flavour. It’s made also aged.  ­Milk derivatives and gluten sources are not used to maintain a great genuineness.
