Cotechino con lingua

This product matches the leanness of tongue and the softness of cotechino, making it suitable to different occasions. It this produced from the recipe of the classic cotechino, with the addition of half tongue. This one, before being stuffed, is left in brine. The use of some spices during this process gives a typical taste to the whole product. ­­Milk derivatives and gluten sources are not used to maintain a great genuineness.
