In our factory is given a big importance to the meat cooling. We are sure that a high quality can’t overlook an appropriate refrigeration.

Cooled meat maintains its freshness longer and it makes possible a perfect softening. Further than technically advanced refrigerators, for us there are other two important things to take care of: firstly every meat has to be hanged without any contact with another one in order to allow the fresh air to pass through; last but not least it is really important a regular maintenance of the machinery, which are checked in order to avoid every kind of malfunction or breaking.
