Mainly from the belly, but also from the back, loins and hip of pigs born and raised in Italy it comes this delicious product. After adding the salt and aromatic spices in the right quantities in order to not alter quality and taste, it is lied and dried out for some months. It is submitted to a light natural smoking, after which can be cooked in oven, steamed or boiled by our customers, reminding the real American bacon. Milk derivatives and gluten sources are not used to maintain a great genuineness.
