Our bacons are made by carefully choosing the best bellies: tall, thin and consistent. Our pigs reach weights of more than 180 kg, thus acquiring an ideal percentage of fat for the production of superior quality. Thanks to the scrupulous choice of the raw material our bacon can be distinguished by their particular thinness.

After the addition of salt and aromatic spices in small quantities not to alter the taste and quality, it is spread and dried for a few months. We subject it to a light natural smoking and then it can be baked, steamed or boiled by you, remembering the real American bacon.
